Dana Malstaff: What To Do When Your Team Stops Communicating

We explore the evolution of her team as Dana shares her first hire, from helping a few hours each week to pitch her on podcasts to now having an expansive team of incredible women who support her growth. Dana shares what she could have done differently with her team from the beginning, from hiring locally and within her community to finding a Rainmaker rather than a Project Manager.

Dana and I discuss project management and communicating with your team on hitting deadlines and completing tasks. Dana shares how she trains her team to prepare them to be open with communication and feedback. She also talks about how one of her team members can call her out in a loving way and how this relationship came to be over time.
