In 10 minutes of V looking at my business I felt more seen as a leader and entrepreneur than ever before. It takes so much of ourselves to build something great, and it’s a necessary handicap in building something to be so deeply embedded in it that we lose some of the outside perspective that could easily move the hurdles that we intuitively know are there but also know we can’t see. She sees.
She also sees in a way that’s positive, helpful, and trustworthy. In a position where people are either too nervous to pushback, or I otherwise resist getting pushback from people, Veronica has provided the most precise, sometimes challenging, intuitive, and skilled course corrections I didn’t realize I was missing on my own. Here’s the thing about having success. You have to have good people in your corner. They have to believe that what you’re doing means something, and they have to believe that you can do it while staying true to yourself. I had the experience of working with Veronica at BossBabe and her leadership of the team overall was incredible to see!
