Before Jessica launched her firm in 2018, she oversaw national sales and corporate strategy for a multi-billion dollar start-up. She was responsible for managing $100 million plus in annual budgets and over 500 employees. Jessica worked alongside the CEO and Board of Directors to develop strategies for the company’s operational and sales divisions.

After having her twins four years ago, she realized going back to an incredibly demanding executive role working 80 hours a week wasn’t for her anymore. Jessica wanted to be present for her family and have the freedom she had long dreamed of.

Using her knowledge and experience, Jessica has now generated over EIGHT FIGURES in revenue for her clients, applying the same methods she utilizes for her own success. Throughout her career and building four businesses from the ground up, Jessica knows what it’s like to feel the fear, test the limits, and take the risks. Now, she teaches women just like you to do the same.
